Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WebPrims CRM (the “Service”), operated by WebPrims. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
1. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- Organization owners and admins control who has access to their workspace and are responsible for their team's use.
2. Free launch plan
The Service is currently free with the limits shown in the app. We may introduce paid plans; we will give at least 30 days' notice before any charge applies, and you can export your data at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- Only add contacts you have a lawful basis to store and contact, and honour opt-out requests.
- No spam, illegal content, scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to access other organizations' data.
- We may suspend workspaces that break these rules or put the Service at risk.
4. Your data
You own your customer data. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI features
AI output can be inaccurate. Review AI-generated summaries, messages and actions before relying on them or sending them to customers.
6. Invoices you create
The billing module is a tool. You are responsible for the correctness of invoices, tax rates and GST compliance for invoices issued from your workspace.
7. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (₹0 on the free plan), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may end the Service with reasonable notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Punjab have jurisdiction.
